Chris Wright, Ph.D., Founder, President & CEO

Dr. Wright is the founder, President and CEO of Reliant. Dr. Wright helped design all of Reliant's Strategic Talent Management products and content. He has consulted with many Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and academic institutions. Dr. Wright's work with these organizations has varied from working with key executives to align human capital and business strategies to organizational survey research and  the design and implementation of assessment and selection, performance management and learning management processes and applications.

Dr. Wright received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa. He has been a frequent presenter, speaker and panelist at conferences such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Academy of Management, and Society for Human Resource Management. He has published articles in the Journal of Business and Psychology and the Journal of Applied Psychology. Dr. Wright has served an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Tulsa.  

Dr. Betty Bailey, Partner

 Dr. Betty Bailey has been consulting with CEO’s and corporate leaders for over 25 years to create strategies, processes and programs driving business success.  During this time she has served her clients as an internal and external coach, consultant and facilitator of large systems change.  She has led organizational and team interventions which include: mergers and acquisitions, cross company process improvements, creation of career management systems to improve employee retention, designing and implementing talent management programs to increase the talent pipeline,  programs to develop and retain women professionals and  competency based leadership development programs.  

Her business career spans 17 years as an internal leader for a Fortune 50 high technology company holding positions in Quality, Human Resources and Organization Development in manufacturing, engineering, marketing and corporate functions.


She holds her Doctorate and M.S. degrees in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University.  She has authored numerous internal and external articles, been a sought after speaker for national conventions and was elected as an Outstanding Young Woman in America.  She is a licensed psychologist and is certified as a health care provider.

James Nelsen, Chief Information Officer

James Nelsen is the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Mr. Nelsen is the chief architect for Reliant's Strategic Talent Management (STM) Suite of software products. Prior to his role within Reliant, Mr. Nelsen has worked as an Applications Developer and IT Consultant both internally and externally for a variety of organizations. He has led in the development of over 25 enterprise level applications involving technologies such as VB, MS SQL Server, MS Access, HTML, ASP, XML, and .NET.  

Brian Darnell, Director of Business Development

Brian became a part of the Reliant team in January 2009.  He comes to Reliant with over 10 years of sales and marketing experience across multiple industries. Brian was recently with Countrywide Financial for five years in branch management and production management roles. He also spent 3 years in business development opening the Oklahoma market for several software and technology companies.

Brian has a proven track record of integrity and achievement.  His ability to understand client needs and the benefits of a client/Reliant partnership are two major contributors to his success and the success of our clients.
  

Denny Meredith-Orr, Director of Operations

Denny brings a varied background to his role as Director of Client Services and HR at Reliant and ZipSurvey. After receiving his M.Ed., he spent the first 25 years of his working career as a Student Affairs professional at several universities. He has since made a successfully transition into the business world. Prior to joining Reliant and ZipSurvey, Denny was Director of Professional Services and Support for a major property management software provider. He first worked with ZipSurvey while Director of Marketing and Business Development at another Tulsa based company.

Denny understands what it means to be a client advocate and believes that delivering on commitments results in outstanding service and great client partnerships.
