DEVELOPING RATING FORMS: Utilizing our proven form and survey development technology, Reliant makes creating custom rating forms simple and effective. Over 57,000 surveys and forms have been created using our technology and over 1 billion completed questions answered across Reliant’s customers.
Using the Evaluation Administration tools, your company will have the ability to create as many performance evaluation and 360 multi-rater forms as needed. Forms can be created and associated with specific job codes or employee populations.
SCHEDULING & ADMINISTERING RATING FORMS: Reliant Performance Management simplifies the administration of rating forms by automating all phases of the process. Using our scheduling tools, your company will be able to specify a rating form, process and timeline for employee evaluations that can be unique for each job or rating forms can be administered to specific individuals within the system. THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE: Reliant removes the hassle from performance evaluations by making the workflow and process easy for managers and raters. Raters are invited by email to login to the system and upon arrival immediately see the rating forms that are due to be completed. Automated workflow makes it simple for managers by removing completed tasks and reminding raters when tasks are overdue.

To get the most from learning, training, skills testing and performance management data, the Reliant LMS offers dashboard reporting.
With over 30 configurable reporting widgets, your company managers and executives can track who has and has not completed evaluations within their team or department and customize their own reporting dashboard to track the metrics that are most important to them. The dashboard also provides the ability to drill down and examine employee-level data using the Talent Profile screens.
COMPETENCIES: The key to a successful performance management process is to carefully define the core competencies your employees need in order to be successful. Reliant created a leading competency model based on over 10 years of research with members of the Academy of Management . Our competency model provides 63 distinct competencies, definitions and 3-4 behavioral elements for each competency. This model has been further developed and refined through peer-reviewed research and comparisons with other leading competency models.
