Chris Wright, Ph.D.
Dr. Wright is the founder, President and CEO of Reliant. Dr. Wright helped design all of Reliant's Strategic Talent Management products and content. He has consulted with many Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and academic institutions. Dr. Wright's work with these organizations has varied from working with key executives to align human capital and business strategies to organizational survey research and  the design and implementation of assessment and selection, performance management and learning management processes and applications.

Dr. Wright received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa. He has been a frequent presenter, speaker and panelist at conferences such as the Society for
Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Academy of Management, and Society for Human Resource Management. He has published articles in the Journal of Business and Psychology and the Journal of Applied Psychology. Dr. Wright has served an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Tulsa.
 
James Nelsen
James Nelsen is the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Mr. Nelsen is the chief architect for Reliant's Strategic Talent Management (STM) Suite of software products. Prior to his role within Reliant, Mr. Nelsen has worked as an Applications Developer and IT Consultant both internally and externally for a variety of organizations. He has led in the development of over 25 enterprise level applications involving technologies such as VB, MS SQL Server, MS Access, HTML, ASP, XML, and .NET.
 
Bryan Wempen

As the Vice President of Business Development, Bryan Wempen combines a strong background in sales, staffing, multi-unit operations and human resources. He has 15 years experience ranging from a Fortune #7 Fastest Growing Company to consulting and technology start-ups. Formerly, Mr. Wempen was the Founder and President of MacKay Edge Assessment Group, a professional services firm specializing in developing and providing selection assessments for better hiring of talent. Prior to starting MacKay Edge, Bryan was an Officer and Regional Vice President of Labor Ready Inc., now called True Blue, Inc. a publicly traded staffing company [NYSE:TBI] that has grown to over $1.3 billion USD in annual revenue. While working with Labor Ready, Mr. Wempen's last position was by appointment as Officer and Regional Vice President of Operations, Eastern U.S., Puerto Rico and United Kingdom. It was the largest operations area with revenue responsibility for 300+ locations. During his tenure Labor Ready Inc. the company was taken public and ranked #7 on Fortune's Fasting Growing Companies.


Wempen's depth of experience and entrepreneurial vision led him to this venture, Reliant, which specializes in Strategic Talent Management solutions. Mr. Wempen has a Bachelor of Science in Business from University of Nebraska, Kearney.

 
Denny Orr, M.Ed.

Director of Client Services and HR - Denny brings a varied background to his role as Director of Client Services and HR at Reliant and ZipSurvey. After receiving his M.Ed., he spent the first 25 years of his working career as a Student Affairs professional at several universities. He has since made a successfully transition into the business world. Prior to joining Reliant and ZipSurvey, Denny was Director of Professional Services and Support for a major property management software provider. He first worked with ZipSurvey while Director of Marketing and Business Development at another Tulsa based company.


Denny understands what it means to be a client advocate and believes that delivering on commitments results in outstanding service and great client partnerships.
